Groups stay small
Small enough that you can ask a question mid-street and actually hear the answer. Groups of 15 or more are led by two guides.
The back streets, not the brochure
Yes, we visit the landmarks. But the stories happen in the alley behind them — the standing bar, the shrine between two office blocks.
Pay what it was worth
Most walks are free to join. At the end you decide what the experience was worth to you. No pressure, no minimum, no awkwardness.
Schedules that bend
Fixed departures most days, plus private walks arranged around your trip when the timing does not fit.
